Shipping & Delivery

  • Montana Bliss deliveries are processed using Australia Post.
  • Orders placed prior to 4:00 P.M Monday to Friday (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders received after 4:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please allow 2-3 working days to receive your order but can take up to 5 days depending on the location.

 

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and the security of your information is extremely important to us. Please rest assured that we take great care in protecting any personal information that you may provide to us when creating user accounts, communicating with us, or making purchases. We have posted our Privacy Policy to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.

For your personal safety and piece of mind, we process all all our payments via PayPal Express Checkout; so we do not store or have access to any of your Credit/Debit Card Account information within our Site.

 

Returns & Replacements

Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final.

Due to hygeine reasons, no returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless proven faulty.

To return a faulty product please fill in the order details via our 'Returns Page' and we will contact you to discuss your return .

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. You will be responsible for the return shipping.

Your refund will be issued via your original payment method and exchanges are sent no later than 14 days after we receive the item for exchange.

In order to process your return and protect your privacy we ask that you do NOT send us any credit card information with your return.

We currently accept payment for merchandise in (AUS dollars) via paypal only.

Pricing on regular priced and sale items are non-negotiable and we do not offer price matching or price guarantees on any merchandise for sale on our website.
